Kairalee Nikethan Golden Jubilee Degree College has constituted its Alumni Association- NOSTALUM. The inauguration of the Association was on Saturday 13th September 2025. Sri. Gopinathan C, President, KNET, Sri Jaijo Joseph, Secretary, KNET, Sri Syed Mastan, Trustee, KNET, Sri. Karunakaran C, Administrative Officer, KNET, Dr. Ragitha Rajendran, Principal, KNGJDC and alumni from 2011 batch onwards were present at the function. Ms. Amudha. J, Assistant Professor, Dept of Commerce and NOSTALUM coordinator welcomed the gathering. Sri. Gopinathan. C delivered the Presidential Address, followed by the address of Sri. Jaijo Joseph and Dr. Ragitha Rajendran. NOSTALUM: Alumni Association President Adv. Sandra Manoharan has expressed her views and insights on developing the institution’s placements and admissions. She has also promised an active participation of alumni as ell as initiating programs in the upcoming events of KNGJDC. Ms. Shri Vidya Santhosh, Asst Professor and Head, Dept of Management proposed the Vote of Thanks.

The event marked a significant milestone with the selection of office bearers and a thorough discussion on the association’s agenda. Key discussion points included:
1. Electing office bearers to represent the association
2. Collaborating with the Placement Cell to provide references and training
3. Strategizing student admissions and scholarships
4. Organizing Soft Skills training programs for current students
5. Contributing to college events and exploring sponsorship opportunities

The office bearers of NOSTALUM are Ms. Adv. Sandra Manoharan, President, Mr. Ameer Ahmed, Vice President, Mr. Prem Kumar, Secretary, Mr. Manoj Kumar, Treasurer. The members actively shared their thoughts and ideas, fostering a productive exchange. The meeting concluded with recreational activities that saw enthusiastic participation from the alumni, showcasing their talents and rekindling old friendships and creating new memories.
